Pros
-Dedicated coworkers who support one another and care about doing good work. -Strong relationships between staff and agents that often become longterm friendships. -A strong legacy and cool history of how the company was founded and the positive culture and community it created. Although this feels like its very close to being gone based on recent changes. -Opportunities to learn many parts of the business over time if you want to be in Real Estate.
Cons
-Work is very detail heavy and repetitive with a steep learning curve that can be overwhelming, anxiety inducing, and stressful, especially at entry level pay -The amount of knowledge expected to manage files for so many agents is a lot and can feel intimidating and more work keeps getting added to your plate. -Upper Leadership seemed disconnected from how stressful the front-line roles actually are, or what we actually did. -Frequent process changes and staff turnover make it hard to keep up or feel stable in the role, always playing catch up and cleaning up messes.
