      Pros

      I had really high hopes for working in a sports-based online company. There is a lot of potential for it to be a great company.

      Cons

      Management has a lot of work to do. There have been several CEO changes over the last few years and none of them have been able to lead. There are some really good people with really good ideas but there is no support from upper management. The culture is very negative.

      Pros

      TGW is a very friendly and fun place to work. They have had their cultural challenges, like all companies, but overall I truly enjoy getting up and going to work every day! Great benefits (paid parental bonding leave, 401k match, employee discounts, and vacation), leadership is willing to work with you to support a healthy work/life balance, and a lot of opportunities to learn/develop within your skillset!

      Cons

      A lot of change at once. Communication, like most places, could improve but isnt the worst I have seen in my career.
