As you may be aware, we opened the APAC office two years ago in 2019 to expand our global presence. As with all areas of our industry, the fast pace at which we have grown and developed in each of our markets will undoubtedly lead to quick turnaround times. That being said, our managers are trained in delegating work fairly and if this hasn’t been your experience we welcome feedback on how we can improve. Finally, we are deeply disappointed by your perception of Goat’s attitude towards Asian markets. This goes against Goat’s values and commitment to inclusion and diversity.
