      Pros

      the people are nice, good employer, you work hard they pay you back. the management give good monetary rewards, gas allowance, per diem.

      Cons

      the management changes every year. your product manager, supervisor, nsm rsm even the reps are being rotated in the area. the products are of the same molecule as your counterpart.
