inconsistent schedule posted 2 days before the work week begins, subject to the ever changing daily mood of the manager very unclean, side work is not checked at least one bathroom usually out of order inconsistent food quality & presentation management posts scathing rants on the scheduling app but does not exercise any real authority or discipline so it’s a free-for-all, servers with seniority aren’t expected to do their side work or have a professional attitude, rules selectively apply because management redo’s whatever tipouts you designate & shift meals come off your check, you will never actually know whether your check is accurate & if you question it, you may lose shifts
