Pros

Can’t think of any pros

Cons

This company hires bad leadership that doesn’t care about its employees. They burn you out and will let you go at the end of the day, even if you’re delivering results. No one gets promoted here, you’ll be waisting your time.

Pros

Leadership that cares: The CEO and exec team are super focused on building a great culture and making sure everyone feels included. They keep things open and transparent, and you can really see how much they value every single person’s contribution. Fast growth: The company is growing fast, which is exciting. You get the chance to be part of that and really make an impact. There’s always something new to learn and challenges to take on. Team-first vibe: Everyone here works together like a real team. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the warehouse or the C-suite, there’s a genuine sense of working toward the same goals, which is refreshing. Good work-life balance: The pace can be intense, but leadership is respectful of personal time. You get the flexibility to balance life outside of work, which is a big plus. Innovative environment: GLD really encourages people to think outside the box, whether you’re in product development, marketing, or customer service. It’s a place where creativity gets a chance to shine.

Cons

Can be fast and chaotic: With the company growing, things sometimes move so fast it can feel overwhelming. You have to be ready to keep up and juggle a lot at once. Lack of structure in some areas: Since it’s still a growing company, sometimes things aren’t as structured as they could be. If you’re used to a more organized, formal environment, it can be a bit of an adjustment. Growing pains: As with any company that’s scaling up, there are growing pains. But the good news is that management is really proactive about addressing issues as they come up.

Pros

You could wear whatever you want to the office. Good benefits. Pay is fine.

Cons

Where do I even start. I read the reviews before taking the job and I should have known. On day one I overheard someone having a mental breakdown and regretting taking the job. I should have known red flags were in the air. They are not clear on the true expectations. I was hired to do something I never got to do. They expect you to be working 24/7 even on your days off. You are scolded at for being confused in your first month on the job. They are a true mess of a company. Stay far far away.
