      ELC has a committed staff of long-term employees looking to make a difference in student outcomes and lives. The company is still founder-owned and operated, so it is likely you will have face-time with the owner at some point. ELC's has an renowned reputation for excellence cross the industry that is outsized given it's small/medium size.
