Pros
Beautiful office with a reasonable commute for most. Everyone is an “A” player and brings their best to the table. Typically a younger, energetic, friendly employee base. Themed company events you actually will enjoy attending. Fast paced atmosphere allows for diversity of clients and exposure to many industries and contacts. Genuinely good humans work here, I enjoyed every single one of them.
Cons
The superstars will work themselves until they are on fire, rise from the ashes and do it all again. Smaller company so your chance for promotions are limited, many leave to find their next level.
