I worked as a Technical Recruiter for the Mississauga Engineering Branch for nearly 2 years, and witnessed first hand the amazing improvement in new Leadership. The Current Branch Manager is very supportive and wants nothing more than to see everyone on the team succeed. An advocate for better recruiter compensation, tools, and opportunities; they are a true mentor with strong industry exerience. The team and culture at TES are excellent. Recruiters collaborate prioritizing client service and urgency over candidate ownership/greed. Everyone is quite progressive; a very accepting and understanding bunch. Be prepared to work on all levels/types of roles; everyone pulls their weight here. Friday team lunches are to look forward too; sampling the delicious ethnic lunch spots around the area. (If you are a picky eater look elsewhere!) I highly recommend TES to those who have a passion for recruiting in the technical field, and who want to feel valued for their accomplishments.
Cons
Compensation structure should continue to evolve in order to remain competitive with other employers/market, and push for more technical roles to work on.
