      Great work, life balance. the management if very open and helpful. the work culture established is very positive. there is job security as well, the business is very stable. lastly a very competitive salary and profit sharing.

      Cons

      The room for growth is, to an extend very small. you may be on the same grade and level for several years.

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
