Pros
You can learn a lot in a short amount of time - if you have a thick skin and a high tolerance for stress
Cons
The Emazing Group has always put its bottom line above everything else. Upper management works everyone to the bone, while insisting your best work could be better + make the company more money. This, combined with incompetence at the top levels, has led to a toxic culture - full of stress and anxiety. Many of the most talented employees are left feeling gaslighted when their biggest "wins" are always downplayed and upper management never has their back. Efficiency is knit-picked down to the number of messages that you send in a week and you're always left cleaning up the ever-growing mess created in the name of rapid "growth." I stayed so long because there were a few great people on the team and management always promised change. Most of those great people have now quit and that change never came. If anything, the environment has gotten much worse with time. If you're considering working here, I'd recommend reading the negative reviews. Many of the positive reviews here are either highly encouraged by management or likely fake (just read them. It's not hard to tell)
