Thank you for your candid review. We work hard to provide a strong compensation and benefit package for our team. We are chagrined to hear that there are concerns on your end. Towards that regard, you are welcome at any time to audit your wages and assignments with our accounting and/or management team. Our commission-based wage program can be tricky to understand at times, and may be more challenging to quantify vs an hourly wage.
That said, we have analyzed that our driving staff tend to earn higher overall wages than those that drive for our competitors. We have worked hard to make certain that is the case, and have right-sized wages upwards twice in 2019. We would be keen to evaluate your situation to see if there is some manner of anomaly...please do accept the invitation o review your earnings with us.
We would certainly like to have happy employees, and are in the process of adjusting our definition of full-time work, and are relaxing the availability requirements for that status. December will unveil substantial changes due to driver feedback in the pursuit of better work/life balance. We hope that these will be well-received.
