There are no real positives.

This company is run by people of poor character who seem intent on misleading you and taking advantage wherever they can. HR is not there to support you, but rather to serve senior leadership, often at your expense. In my experience, this even extended to attempts to pressure or mislead employees into signing things that are clearly only beneficial to the company, not to you. The culture is extremely toxic, and it comes as no surprise that the company struggles to stay competitive. It simply reflects the kind of environment they’ve created.

Clicky environment No proper training plan Unprofessional - my line manager decided to write my reference when I left to work in a dream job in the music industry - she was acting really happy for me and understood it was my dream job, there were no problems when working my notice. Just before I'm due to start, the manager of the music place said they had to withdraw their offer due to a negative reference from my old line manager. Despite not saying a bad word about me when I was there, there were false accusations of me being dishonest and not hard working. I couldn't believe it! I spoke to HR who said the line manager should never have been writing references! So they said they would write a new, positive reference. Which they did, except the new dream company said they were still withdrawing their application despite having a new positive reference. So, I missed out on my dream job because an old line manager left these negative, unfounded accusations, which had never been communicated to me when I worked for the organisation. Thanks a lot! AVOID!
