      The people were nice, rather easy work because the client wasn't that demanding , lots of flexibility

      Cons

      Working from home can feel a bit isolating, sometimes it was difficult to know what exactly I was supposed to be doing

      Huge growth over the past few years and the company is still balancing between being a small business and one that needs formal processes and procedures in place.

      Most employees are able to work from home, giving you a lot of freedom. Small, growing company.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of infrastructure for career growth. Company has grown quickly and there are a lot of procedures that need to be put in place
