      Nepotism Some employees were hired to quickly without being thoroughly interviewed for their position Some employees are just sitting on contracts; don't provide any value Some management sweep employee issues under the rug to "save face" All contracts are federal, which is a difficult beast to manage in and of itself. No opportunities for upward mobility

      Huge growth over the past few years and the company is still balancing between being a small business and one that needs formal processes and procedures in place.

      Most employees are able to work from home, giving you a lot of freedom. Small, growing company.

      There is not a lot of infrastructure for career growth. Company has grown quickly and there are a lot of procedures that need to be put in place
