Pros
Twice a week free lunch and breakfast in the office.
Cons
I am working at this company more than a year now, and unfortunately, my experience is quite disappointing. During the hiring process, I made it very clear to the recruiter that working in a trustworthy and healthy environment was essential for me. I was reassured that the company had a great culture and valued mutual trust and respect. However, beginning of 2025, we learned a few months ago the management had secretly installed a monitoring software on some employees’ laptops to track whether they were actually working from home. Afew of people were fired based on this data. What disturbed me the most was that nobody was informed about this software beforehand which, in my opinion, is highly unethical and possibly illegal. After this incident, the atmosphere changed drastically. Many colleagues left, and those who stayed became disengaged. The once-friendly culture turned cold and monotonous. People stopped taking proper lunch breaks, even though we are entitled to a 30-minute unpaid one, majority of the people just eat in front of their screens. Later, management tried to fix the situation. They gave a speech about rebuilding a positive culture, and they promised not to use that software again. But once trust is broken, it’s nearly impossible to restore it. Another major issue is their obsession with AI. It reached a point where team leads expect us to follow AI recommendations blindly even when the suggestions are clearly wrong or make no practical sense. Experience, education, and critical thinking seem to no longer matter. That is the final straw for me. Overall, this company does not value trust, transparency, or expertise. They seem more interested in micromanagement and replacing human judgment with AI-generated answers. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful and professional workplace.
