Pros

Not too many. Co workers were generally great. The direct members of management (i.e. store and district level) above you generally cared and tried their best to help.

Cons

Terrible pay, over worked. Poor hours. Expectations were very high, and the commission structure only benefits those in busy stores.

Pros

Very family like. Upper Management is straight forward and involved in all aspects of the business. If you work smart you will be successful and have you have the tools and training to do so

Cons

Turn over is high like most retail but that’s not in fault of the company, I guess better recruiting would be my only thing to say that needs improvement
