Civil infrastructure needs improvement there

Where should I start from?? So lets begin with the culture, the work environment is toxic and full of dirty politics. Your seniors and top management will throw you under the bus when they feel the pressure. You'll be fortunate to have a nice boss of which chances to get one are very rare. The IT department is just so incompetent and they can't solve a single issue and until and unless you follow the SOP for filing a complaint. Their system (EBS) is just a complete mess!!! The person who implemented should be fired without any doubt. Talking about the compensation, the salaries are very low compared to the market and there are no benefits and incentives except your salary which you are lucky enough if you they give you timely. The company is at the mercy of HR department!!!! No one dares to raise voice against the corrupt and sick practices that happens here, if someone dares to stand against their atrocities they kick them out of their company. Very high employee turnover due to absurd requirements imposed by management with each day passing. Ruthless behavior of management towards their employees still if they achieve their targets. If you're out there looking to join this organization, LOOK AWAY!!!
