Pros
Some colleagues are very nice.
Cons
High turnover and lack of structure make this company a challenging place to work. Training is poor, and employees are not given enough PTO or flexibility. Clients frequently encounter billing issues, and counselors lack the necessary support and guidance, leading to burnout. Clients are often misinformed about program costs and waitlists before admission. When employees express their concerns, they are either ignored or given answers that don't lead to resolutions. The company's disorganization and unwillingness to care negatively impacts both staff and clients.
