Bad management, low pay, overworked, safety concerns are ignored. - Sales Person The Container Store Employee Review

Management is shockingly bad at the Woodland Hills store. Safety concerns are ignored even after employees are injured. Management does not care if you are injured on the job and ignore their lawful duty to report the injury. Employees are terribly overworked and expected to do much more than the position applied for or trained for. The workload is not evenly distributed by management so that only a select few are doing the hard work. Terribly unfair and when brought to the attention of management nothing is done about it. Communication is nonexistent at this location.
