Pros
The training and culture is great. They are continuously giving you training and tools to improve. Benefits and work-life balance is also a big plus. They do compensate a bit higher than the industry standard. They have an assume incentive program that allows you to receive gifts you have aloways wanted. Definitely room for growth and that is all the way into becoming a partner of the company.
Cons
The company in no way cares about their residents. In order to be successful you need to have the ability and desire to lie, cheat and swindle innocent people. From their aggressive tactics of going into people's homes (yes even through the pandemic from day 1) to increasing utilities with just a month's notice. The turnover is insane! If you push back on their systems or cultural ideas on how things are being done or how people are being treated, you will surely find yourself being fired. They say "people count", but in all honesty you are just a number and the pressure is outrageous. I understand pressure in positions in order to have success, but this is pressure to swindle and trick people to close the deal even when you know there is no way for them to actually break or get out of their lease by any means.
