hope you like being away from your family for 60+ hours a week! The preach how people count... it honestly laughable. they will consistently threaten your job regardless of how you are doing (explains the nearly 70% turnover they have with in leadership positions. Be sure to check your morals at the door you are not allowed to treat residents with respect when life happens at that matters is the money. Disrespectful leadership, disrespectful maintenance staff will run and tell on you if you put to much pressure on them to do their jobs correctly. PLEASE PLEASE dont listen to other reviews for this company they tell, more like mandate, the current employees to go on and review the company and write reviews that are positive so it will sku the companies rating. training was terrible after thirty days of sales training they pretty much throw you to the wolves with out dated training manuals. PS. they refused to pay me my last check along with the bonus I EARNED. BEWARE

Associates who thrive here are high achievers, relentless, and are open to constant direct feedback. The company paid out $1.6 million in bonuses earlier this month to associates who met clear criteria: 1. Associate had to be with the company since March 1 2. Associate must be in good standing Unfortunately, you were not meeting or exceeding standards and therefore were not eligible for the bonus. We invest more than $1 million per year in our training programs and are sorry to hear your experience was less than exceptional.
