      Pros

      The Connor Group and my team is very supportive of my continued growth. There is an elite mindset and you will be working with true professionals in the industry. I appreciate the high level of accountability and expectation to deliver high end results every day. They also offer very fair pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Long work hours. 5 days a week, 10 hour days, with some Saturdays during "peak season" and occasional on-call expectations.
