Pros

The company is very goal-oriented and provides clear expectations, which helps keep you motivated. There’s genuine room for growth and plenty of encouragement from management and peers. Recognition and rewards for meeting targets are consistent, which makes the hard work feel appreciated.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times, especially during busy leasing seasons. The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to long hours or added pressure to hit goals.

Pros

Like-minded individuals that are driven by success. Goals are laid out for you with processes to help you find success. Competitive environment that celebrates wins and takes care of the associates.

Cons

With the competitive mindset and environment, this is definitely not a job for just anyone. The right people will be successful if you are willing to put in the work and buy into the systems. If you are not that person, this is not the job for you.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
