This is a retaliatory and untrue post from a terminated employee (John C.). We make a promise to all our customers that we will provide them with a professional and highly consistent level of security service. All our employees know what is expected of them and voluntary make a commitment to consistently meet those expectations before they are hired. It is therefore unfortunate and disingenuous for a few former employees to use social media as a medium to post untrue and retaliatory feedback. We only expect employees to meet the standards that they themselves agreed to meet before they were hired. We cannot and will not lower our standards to accommodate any employee who is not fully committed to our customers. We have been in business for decades and have 30-plus year customers because of the service we provide. Ultimately, the opinions of our customers are the ONLY opinions that truly matter.
