Pros

The odd freebie. Worked at some cool events.

Cons

Honestly the whole 3 years were horrific. Poor management, bullies, terrible pay, over worked etc

Pros

The Communications Store has great people and everyone works hard at their job. You have the opportunity to carve out your niche and get involved in lots of areas of the company, giving you different experiences. Each year they are improving the company's flexibility for the employees.

Cons

Company culture is not always followed by everyone. It is a very busy agency, so if you don't work well under pressure then it is not the right place for you.

Pros

The pay Work Benefits Location Great experience / great clients

Cons

Not an open environment Way too many managers and senior account executives No room for growth. One or two promotions is given out to the managers twice a year. Work load across teams is NOT balanced or equal at all. I often find myself staying late and bringing my work home or rushing through tasks while at work. The account executives are mean and pretend to be nice / friendly. No work / life balance The Senior US Vice President is inappropriate and makes uncomfortable comments.

Thank you so much for taking the time to pass on your feedback via Glassdoor. As you will know our US business is still new, only 2 years old, and 2018 was a year of big growth and change for our NY office, which at times has been challenging and stressful. I see you feel I have in the past made inappropriate or uncomfortable comments. This was never my intention to make anyone feel this way, but regardless, I apologise. Without knowing specifics, it is hard to respond, but I care deeply for my team and colleagues and would never want anyone to feel anything except supported. We see you are still an employee at TCS so we would really encourage you to contact me directly or if you prefer, our HR Director, Claire Birch, to discuss your specific concerns so we can address them asap, or alternatively please reach out to our US President, Emma Paton. We promote staff twice a year so please speak to me or the HR team about your ambitions so we can ensure you are on track to progress. I am concerned by your comments about uneven workload, this sounds difficult, please reach out so we can address this asap. Thanks so much Meghan Wood, Senior VP
