Pros
Other employees are nice to work with.
Cons
You have to pay a lot of money for them to run their business. Gas, used aprons and shirts that you give back, vacuum, gloves, and rags. They charge you for everything. You have to wash your own rags after use also. They don't pay as they advertise at all. If you work with someone, you only make 20% commission instead of 40something% commission and they keep you under a certain amount of hours so they don't have to up your commission. They also will take away your hours if they are mad at you. Very passive-aggressive and retaliate if they don't like something. VERY HIGH turn over rate. No benefits or time off.
