Pros

There was a system where you received points for being recognized for good work and you can use points to buy items.

Cons

This was the worst company over ever worked for. There was no work life balance no flexibility when I had personal family issues happen. The training was boring and not sufficient for the job duties. For a remote role there was only on the job training. We never got the opportunity to shadow employees and ask questions. We went straight from the learning to taking calls with no experience. There is no sick time your PTO is used for your sick time. If you want more pto you have to purchase it. Health insurance was not paid for by the company and was actually high ironically. The company only cares about metrics they do not care about people at all.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
