Pros

good benefits, decent pay, leads and supervisors are all great and very nice, work from home ability

Cons

corporate is extremely out of touch with the people doing the job. Constant changes that just make your job harder and then your performance metrics never change even if stuff is added to what you have to do on your calls and what you have to do after your calls. If you want to be micromanaged to the point where you go insane you should do this job. If you want emails about being out of your schedule adherence by .03% do this job. If you never want to be recognized for doing a good job and have your call coaches CONSTANTLY give you progressing notes when you had a great call do this job. If you actually care about the customer and want to make sure they have a good experience that is truly focused on them and not just about what the procedures say to the letter this job is not for you. Also, if you want to have your raises taken away you should work here.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
