      A good learning experience, learned a lot about the opera understory and Myself as a singer working fulltime living in a different city

      Cons

      The salary was too low for living, it caused a lot of stress and negatively affected my mental and physical well-being.

      Pros

      Met some amazing people at the company.

      Cons

      New CEO and Artistic Director took over a few years ago, both seemingly made a pact to protect each other and in the process have completely destroyed the culture at the office. It's gone from "do your job, we trust you" to constant micromanagement and monitoring.
