People love the brand that has been created and the atmosphere of the restaurants.
Cons
Weird infighting between Managers and upstairs Management folks results in decision making that doesn't make any sense. Random decisions would be made and things would just be "changed" one day with no input from anyone actually doing the work. Lots of pressure on front line staff to deliver a flawless experience for the customers and always appear to be happy, but behind the scenes little is done to make things easier for workers or make them feel appreciated. Lots of "rules" created for every time something would happen or someone would do something wrong, which just makes it difficult for anyone else who works there and comes in and does a good job. Lots of penny pinching going on to find ways to make employees pay for things they shouldn't have to. Big disconnect between how "upstairs" people act / are treated compared to the front line.
