Being at this company for over a decade, I've seen a lot. We've gone from family owned to a more corporate environment. With that comes policy and some personnel changes, as well as growing pains. We've lost some perks but gained better insurance, sick time and flexibility. We've moved locations, launched new ERP's and integrated multiple locations into one. Each of these tasks has brought out strengths and weaknesses in the organization as a whole. I can't say that it's always been easy, but we have stuck together as a team and overcome each of the obstacles. The company has navigated the evolving changes in the pandemic with transparency and compassion. The leadership team is committed to coaching up and promoting from within the company whenever possible. Training is not as robust as it could be.

This company has went through several changes over the last few years including new management. New management is engaging and has greatly helped morale. Our benefits package has greatly increased and the company offers AFFORDABLE healthcare for employees, spouses and dependents. The company has gone above and beyond during COVID to ensure employees are able to work safely and put extra precautions in to keep us safe throughout the entire pandemic. Growth opportunities are available if you work for them. The Company has a history of promoting from within and investing in the employees. Several employees of The Cable Connection have tenure of 10+ years, management and machine shop personnel combined.
