Optimistic upbeat coworkers Relaxed work environment Low key, low stress especially for television Access to WB lot and many WB perks
Cons
Somewhat stagnant if you are a lower level employee. Seems like it is a great place to spend the later years in your career - but you will get bored after a year as entry-level, and there is not a ton of room to move up.
