High pressure car sales tactics. Literally you can not complain. Every single second of your day is micro managed, it's almost cult like!!They talk about being thankful and having gratitude, but really its all about drinking their Kool Aid and not saying anything negative about your day. If you are not taking care of a customer you better be folding clothes, cleaning etc. No standing around for a second or talking. Almost military like!! In fact my son-in-law says these are some of the same tactics used in the military!! Have you use a SPG is what they call it for writing down who all your customers are and you have to check in with the manager for every customer to see if they can impact your sale and make sure that you're following all their guidelines for showing denim tops shoes accessories outerwear youth it's so manipulative.
