Hands On with families, diverse situations, exposure to many assests of social work. You meet a lot of different people and gain exposure on how to handle many different situations
Cons
Overworked, overwhelmed, understaffed. Underpaid. Undersupported. In your interview you are old you will have 15 cases maximum and be paid for any over it. You will be lucky if you have less than 18 and if you make any money for your bonus cases. The expectations of the job are outrageous and extremely stressful.
