      co workers are great people. learn very basic CNC work. Learn very basic heavy equipment. Learn very basic 3d Printing. Only a good resume building for very basic things, possibly better to go elsewhere though unless your desperate.

      Little Compensation bad management bad owner, no advancement penny pinching

      The people are great, the work itself, on the production level at least, isn't particularly challenging, and there are a lot of opportunities to learn if you're willing to.
