Cons
The cons? Everything else. An extremely competitive work environment. Strict with dress code. The female employees were constantly reprimanded for their appearance. One manager said that women shouldn't have chipped nail polish. No commission, but they would dangle sales competitions in our faces with the chance for a "bonus" for the winning team. Said "bonus" was then divided amongst the team based on your personal sales, how much you followed the rules, appearance, etc. If you happened to sell a $12,000 Jeff Koons sculpture your reward was a $5 Starbucks gift card. Management was extremely incompetent and selfish. They did not listen to employee concerns. The turn over rate was incredible. If any employee tried to seek out a position in a different department they would receive retaliation. And then they had the nerve to think it was an employee issue and held an internal "how to get along better" workshop. The issue is management.
