      Excellent services, robust network of professionals Tremendous staff, best coworkers I've ever had Well funded such that development was not a chief concern

      Now a part of university bureaucracy New management didn't quite understand the products during initial takeover Very demanding work culture

      Pros

      Very good at selecting talent. Excellent co-workers. Well oiled machinery.

      Cons

      Leadership could sometimes gloss over small dysfunctions, which led to staff discontent. Also to do the job correctly required a lot of time and energy, as with all NPOs. 40 hours isn't enough.
