Cons
My experience with The Brick’s hiring process was nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional. From start to finish, it was evident that this company lacks the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in any workplace. Firstly, the interview process was a complete mess. The hiring manager, Berta, seemed disinterested and aloof, showing no effort to engage with candidates or ask relevant interview questions. It was as if she couldn't be bothered to conduct a proper interview, leaving candidates feeling undervalued and disrespected. Moreover, the pay offered by The Brick is laughably below industry standards. It's insulting to expect qualified professionals to accept such paltry compensation for their skills and expertise. It's clear that the company prioritizes cutting costs over fairly compensating its employees. To make matters worse, The Brick displayed utter unprofessionalism by failing to follow up with final round candidates. Despite subjecting candidates to multiple in-person interviews and a lengthy test round, the company couldn't even extend the basic courtesy of providing feedback or updates on the hiring process. It's a blatant disregard for the time and effort candidates invest in pursuing opportunities with the company. In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your time with this Company. The unprofessionalism exhibited throughout the hiring process and the lack of respect for candidates' time and skills make it clear that this is not a company worth considering for employment. Look elsewhere for opportunities that value professionalism and decency.
