New grads and experienced employees are treated the same - Hard work is not rewarded; it results in more work being piled on - No meaningful growth opportunities—this is not a long-term workplace - Company feels outdated and resistant to modern workplace standards - Leadership appears dismissive of employee feedback, with a sentiment that negative reviews “don’t matter,” which reflects a broader lack of accountability
