      It is a non-profit organization and you feel that you are helping people in need of help. That is very rewarding

      Cons

      The manager, who is not qualified for the job, lies and twists everything to cover up. The process is set in a way that would promote manager family friend career advancement. The upper management only cares to listen to the manager's lies and could not care less about reality.
