      Saving a life, Some donors are really nice

      Everything. Overworked, no breaks, Company believes donors lies over the employees, Poor management. Training by incompetent co-workers. A CEO who only cares about making money and who cares nothing about her employees.

      Pros

      They will hire anyone, usually desperate to just fill in a role that’s crucial.

      Cons

      No matter what role you will be payed significantly less than the “market” dictates. Management holds no responsibility yet set the high standard to non-exempt employees only.
