      Pros

      It was a very collaborative environment. I enjoyed who I worked with, the fast pace and the challenging tasks. It was an environment that encouraged professional and personal growth. The people really enjoyed working with each other and this is rare in some design environments.

      Cons

      The salary was not up to par in comparison with the benefit compensation.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
