disrespectful management, unencouraging, managment doesnt care about building their staff up, too high of expectations, inconsistent, overhiring, difficulty getting answers from management, salon managers lying/not communicating with district or regional management, no support for new stylists, encourages disrespectful behaviours towards both staff and clients, selling expired product (sitting on the shelf 6+ years), no education/industry training to stay up to date with trends and being scolded when taking time off to take classes paid for out of pocket, inconsistent schedules making me unable to get a second job when I ended up needing it,
