On the points you’ve listed however, I would challenge your claim that there is an absence of career opportunities within the business. We’ve celebrated a record number of promotions this year alone, opened two international offices and most of our talent is organically home grown. Nearly all of our senior leadership team started as Graduates and worked their way up through the ranks. We review our commission structure bi-annually and undertake competitor analysis to ensure what we offer is market leading and competitive. Staff are regularly trained, invested in and cared for as part of the TBP family.
