      The staff is great and the store only sells the best products! The customers are great, this job is great for networking and meeting new people.

      Get to be involved in the outdoor community is hard, this puts you right in the hub!

      Cons

      Not sure if they have improved it, but pay could be higher, but they make up for it in deals on gear
