Pros
Customers were nice but that isn’t business oriented. I don’t have any pros about this poorly run business . If you think a kitchen that is filthy is a pro , or not having a chef cook your overpriced food then this is your place . There are line cooks not chefs and one of them is 15 years old .
Cons
They will hire you under certain premises then change the tip out structure multiple times. They would like the service staff to pay wages rather than the company so you don’t even get to tip out staff you get to pay their wages . You also have to make sure they are paying you correctly on paychecks . Honestly the service industry is hard but this place is a literal nightmare.
