Will find some great humans, and great minds in the recruiting business. Some managers are the best mentors you will find, but there is an aura of fear around the upper management (needs to be solved). Most of their top performers leave if not directly related to ownership. Commission structure is outdated and unfair (does not promote staying long term). Phenomenal industry training from highly successful individuals.
Cons
Performance is not measured on deals done, and your performance at lower levels is highly dependent on those above you. Performance is measured strictly by KPI’s (calls made and time spent at desk) and needs to be adjusted for the changing workforce trends. You will take the blame for missed opportunities when just beginning. Promotions are based on emotion, and how much money you made the month before they decide to make team improvements.
