They offer extensive Healthcare options. In Sales you are offered commissions of $500-$800 for meeting a monthly goal. Some of the people are very friendly. Pay is $10hr for employees. 1-hr lunch breaks.

This company is not very family friendly and they do not care about a work/family balance. It is all about what they want when they want it. The President/CEO instituted Mandatory Volunteer Work. The cost of Healthcare is overpriced and would have taken almost a full months paycheck. If you reached your sales goal it was raised until it was unable to be reached. You are not allowed to help other sales team members reach their goal or share clients. Sales teams were urged to steal clients from The Athens News. (It is owned by the same company of APG Media LLC) (Research them.. they don't exist till 2 weeks prior to buying the newspaper.. very shady) Company is all about the bottom line of make more money using any means. Training for any job is limited due to high turnover of employees. If you work in the front of the office expect a lot of customer complaints, due to their newspaper. And the circulation department is seriously understaffed so either they are too busy to answer their phones or they are away from their desks for personal breaks. Usually 1-2 an hour lasting 15-20 minutes each. There is no advancement opportunities. The Pay you start is the pay you leave with.
