Pros
The vast majority of people who work at The Associated have a good heart and are committed to making our community a better place. Days off are plentiful with holidays, and there is a commitment to job security.
Cons
1. A bit old fashioned and risk-adverse. 2. Very hierarchical. 3. "Tight budget" is used as an excuse for everything from leaving positions open to denying worthy employees raises and promotions. 4. There are many "perks" that seem nice, but are now almost standard at every other organization (no longer making them perks...).
